Tickline Guide Ltd ("Tickline", "we") publishes an independent manual for the TradingView charting terminal. Laid out below, without the legalese, is what becomes of the details you share as you read, complete the contact form, or head for the sign-in.
Whatever you key into the contact form lands with us — a name, an email, a phone number, your message. The sign-in does nothing more than pass your credentials to your own account; the templates and watchlists you store there never come our way. Off to the side, our servers jot the ordinary technical notes: which address a device dials in from, the kind of device it is, and the pages it pulled up.
Those scraps exist for three reasons only — to write back to you, to explain the terminal, and to keep the site clear of abuse. Your details are never put up for sale, and we never mail out anything you did not ask for.
A handful of cookies hang on to your settings and flag which pages pull their weight. The non-essential ones you can wave through or turn down at the banner, and a browser will scrub the lot whenever you say.
